Participant Information

Eligibility Information​

Students who completed their degree program in 2024 from any of our campuses (Online, Anaheim, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Diego, & Washington, D.C.) who graduated in 2024 are eligible to participate in the 2025 Virtual Commencement ceremony.​​​


Intent to Participate Form

​To participate in the ceremony, students must complete the Intent to Participate form HERE​ no later than January 10, 2025. Students whose degrees were conferred in 2024 may submit their intent to participate form, and they will receive an official approval notice via email after the deadline has passed. 


Regalia Information

Purchasing and wearing regalia is optional for the virtual ceremony. Participants will be sent information on how to purchase once they sign up for the commencement ceremony.

Guest Information

The Chicago School's 2025 Virtual Commencement ceremony is scheduled for Feburary 13, 2025 at 4 PM PST / 6 PM CST / 7 PM EST. Participants will recieve a link for guests in February. Please check in with your grad for the ceremony link.
