The mission of the office of Student Accounts is to deliver excellent service to students by providing timely and accurate information regarding account balances, tuition and fees, disbursements, and payment options. The Office of Student Accounts is available to assist students in understanding and meeting their financial obligations to The Chicago School. Our office performs a wide range of functions including posting tuition and fees, disbursing refund and stipend checks, offering payment plan options and processing tuition and fee payments.
The office of Student Accounts works diligently with other offices to ensure the highest level of student satisfaction is achieved when assisting students with questions or concerns relating to their student account.
The Office of Student Accounts adheres to all applicable policies and procedures mandated by federal, state, and local governments, as well as the policies set forth by the administration of The Chicago School.
