Terms & Conditions

  • I authorize that any credit balance I have may be used to pay the $650 book voucher charged to my account. This authorization will remain effective for the current term until The Chicago School receives written notice to terminate it. Please allow three business days to process.
  • I understand and agree that failure to pay any bookstore voucher charge can result in a hold on my account.
  • I understand that the voucher can only be approved if my account is in good financial standing and a balance is not owed.
  • I understand that to be eligible for the book voucher I must be the recipient of Federal student aid.
  • Failure to meet any of the above criteria results in an automatic denial.
  • This form opens for review four weeks before the start of term and must be submitted no later than two weeks after the start of term (the second Friday after the beginning of term).
  • Please allow 72 hours for the Student Accounts office to process voucher requests.

Voucher Delivery

  • If a voucher is approved, you will receive an email directly from the vendor to the address you listed above.
  • Financial Aid and Student Accounts do not issue the code, so please watch for emails sent from the vendor. The code will not originate from a Financial Aid or Student Accounts email address.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to monitor their email to claim their voucher code.
  • Activate the code via the checkout at Chicago School’s online bookstore.
