Glaser Dina, PsyD


Dr. Glaser is the Senior Director of the Office of Placement and Training (OPT) for the Online & Dallas campus as well as the National Lead for training at the Chicago School.  In her role with the online campus, Dr. Glaser serves as the Director of Clinical Training for the Masters of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology program and the Masters in Forensic Psychology program. She serves the Chair of the National Strategic Planning Committee regarding the implementation of national training standards.  Dr. Glaser began her career in University Counseling Centers, and she completed her pre-doctoral internship at James Madison University's Counseling and Student Development Center, her post-doctoral fellowship at The University of Michigan's Counseling and Psychological Services, and her employment as a clinical psychologist at The University of Central Florida's Counseling Center. She has spent several years providing individual and secondary supervision to pre-doctoral and practicum trainees. Dr. Glaser also has a strong interest in prevention and education and has assisted in the development and implementation of outreach on multiple university campuses. Along with her training role, Dr. Glaser oversees the Institute for Professional and Continuing Studies (IPCS) and is responsible for ensuring all continuing education programming follows the appropriate standards and criteria including the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Dr. Glaser is the Chair of the APA CE Approval Committee and IPCS CE Advisory Committee. ​​

Michelle Colarusso, PhD

Dr. Colarusso is the Associate Director of Clinical Training for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program, Online campus. Dr. Colarusso earned her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Colarusso has worked in community mental counseling settings and residential settings working with severe and persistent mental illness and substances abuse as well as her private practice, which focuses on LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Dr. Colarusso also enjoys providing supervision to new counselors working towards licensure and facilitates a variety of trainings on LGBTQ+ issues, suicide risk and assessment and trauma informed care. Dr. Colarusso has been with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the CMHC online department since November 2020.

Mudita Dave, PhD

Dr. Mudita Dave is a Public Health researcher and educator with experience studying issues of migration, acculturation, gender and health. Dr. Dave's research interests include obesity and chronic diseases, global health, immigrant health, as well as the interactions between culture, environment and health. Dr. Dave has the experience of teaching Public health at the undergraduate as well as graduate levels, via both traditional face-to-face and online teaching/learning environments.

Cody Dickson, PhD

​Dr. Dickson is the Director of Clinical Training for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program, Online campus. Dr. Dickson comes to The Chicago School by way of Nebraska and Texas as a department chair in Nebraska an undergraduate human services program and three master's level programs in clinical mental health counseling, school counseling, and college and student affairs counseling. Dr. Dickson is a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor in both Nebraska and Texas with over 25 years of experience working in mental and behavioral health services. He has spent most of his career working in public agencies and private practice serving clients with learning and developmental disabilities, severe behavioral health concerns, the criminal justice and court systems, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, and assisted living centers. His clinical practice specialties include serious and persistent mental illness, developmental and life transitions, criminal justice and specialty court programs, court testimony and consultation, crisis intervention, adoption and child custody. Dr. Dickson has experience with children, adults, college students, and geriatric populations in individual, couples, and family counseling. He provides supervision to counselors-in-training from numerous colleges and universities around the US since becoming licensed. His research interests include role-related identity development, rural behavioral health services, specialized court programs, social justice/advocacy - inclusion and diversity, contemplative practices, community consultation and collaboration and treatment of serious and persistent mental illness.​



Michelle Malters, PsyD

Dr. Malters is the Associate Director of Clinical Training for the Masters in Forensic Psychology Program, Online campus. Dr. Malters is a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois.  She earned her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology, Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology-Specialization in Forensic Psychology at Adler University. She completed her a dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Dakota Wesleyan University in South Dakota. Dr. Malters joined The Chicago School's Office of Placement and Training in 2018 where she has held multiple roles related to training and teaching. Dr. Malters is highly passionate about training and working with students. Dr. Malters' areas of specialty include forensic psychology and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Malters has trained and worked in diverse settings including: college counseling, community mental health, inpatient hospital, correctional, and private practice settings. Dr. Malters currently maintains a small private practice that is focused on the LGBTQIA community. Areas of Expertise:  LGBTQIA+, Forensic Psychology, Trauma.
