Facilities

The Chicago School Facilities department at each ​campus provides key infrastructure support including collaboration with building management and condominium association owners, coordinates campus maintenance and repairs including preventative maintenance, mail services, and manages both room reservations and event support. Facilities at each campus can also assist with student/employee identification (ID) cards, assistance with access to controlled areas, and will communicate building hours to the campus community. The Facilities department at each campus is also responsible for emergency preparedness documentation and drills, and coordination with local authorities during an emergency event.

​Campus hours during the semester 
Campuses establish operating hours before the beginning of each semester. Please check with Facilities or the front desk of each location for this semester’s operating hours. 

Campus hours outside of the academic semester 
Campuses may operate with reduced hours outside semesters. Please check with each location for specific hours of operation. 

Observed holidays/closures 
Facilities will send e-mail notification in advance of the observed holidays recognized by The Chicago School. Please contact your campus Facilities department for more information. 

Building and campus access control 
Building and campus access is unique to each location and is controlled either by an active student identification card or fob. Please contact the Facilities department for more information. Students may be limited to times and areas of campus they can access. Please check with Facilities if you have a specific question regarding access.
