Student Support Services is available to all students as they progress through their academic programs—from new student orientation to graduation! Students are encouraged to be in touch with Student Support Services each semester.

Every student has a Student Support Counselor (SSC) who provides assistance for students from a non-academic, operational perspective. SSCs can assist with general questions, connect students to helpful resources, troubleshoot website and registration issues, navigate institutional policies and processes, and often provide a listening ear as students pursue their educational goals.

Student Support Services is also the home department for numerous services available to students. They oversee University Life & Events (including orientation, graduation, and student associations), Disability Services/ADA Accommodations, and Military Student Services. Make sure to get to know your SSC and others in the department!
