​Student groups or student-sponsored events 

Student events require approval from the Student Support department before coordination with Facilities. Upon approval, Student Support and the requesting group will make a room reservation request through the Facilities department. ​

Dissertation defense 

Students requiring a room for dissertation defense should coordinate through their program department manager on the date, time, and size of the room needed. The department manager will coordinate a room request with Facilities, and communicate the room reservation information back to the student and faculty members.

Unreserved classroom use 

Students are permitted to use any classrooms on campus without a reservation for individual or group study. Please note that room reservations will supersede unreserved use.
